In-person sessions in Wasaga Beach available Mondays and Fridays; in Collingwood available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Virtual sessions available on all weekdays (select the Wasaga Beach location for Monday and Friday appointments; select the Collingwood location for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday appointments).

Weekend appointments may be available by request only (please contact to inquire).

Cancellation Policy: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment start time (including “no shows”) that are not due to an emergency will be charged the full session fee.

Notice of fee increase All fees are scheduled to increase by $10 on January 1, 2026.
